Stephanie works as an associate with a primary focus in patent prosecution. Stephanie’s mechanical engineering background provides her with a broad technical base that assists her in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for a wide range of technologies, including motor controls, medical imaging, micro-electronics packaging, hybrid vehicles and other alternative energy applications.
Stephanie’s practice also includes advising foreign counsel on international patent filings, performing patent and trademark analyses and preparing related opinions, performing patent portfolio analysis, and reviewing and drafting various intellectual property agreements.
Stephanie received her law degree, cum laude, in 2008 from Marquette University where she was an editor of the Intellectual Property Law Review. Prior to law school, Stephanie attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received her master’s degree in 2005 and her undergraduate degree, with honors, in 2004. Stephanie is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
